Want to create your own show for Radio Hanna? It’s not that hard. You’ll need access to a good quality microphone, a USB audio input device, and a laptop capable of running the free Audacity Audio Editor. We’re looking for community content and can even loan you hardware to record on. If you have an idea for a show, we’ll help you create it and get it on air. Here are some tutorials and videos that will help you build your first pre-recorded radio show:

Some information on hardware…

For those students in our schools who have access to a portable system…

Tutorials on using Audacity…

Assembling a complete show from recorded vocals and songs…

The following tutorials contain videos showing the assembly of actual Radio Hanna shows using Audacity.

Saving audio files and uploading them to OneDrive/LiveDrive…

The following two articles are very relevant to PLRD students who are recording the audio (vocal segments from the script provided) for the PLRD Top Ten Countdown and need to upload them to us to complete assembly of the show.

That’s all we have at this time. More tutorials will be added as we create them.
